Now I understand why there is such a system in place but I'm beginning to think it doesn't really fill its purpose to its fullest extent. To demonstrate my point the clearest on this take the region "Wake Island", now technically its currently recognized under an updated definition: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Minor_Outlying_Islands but setting that aside temporarily for the sake of argument; Why would anyone ever set their Home Country Setting to Wake Islands? In the event someone actually did start shipping drugs out of this region this there would be a massive American military presence which wouldn't need much time to find whoever is doing this as its not exactly a big area to search.
